The Law Office of Dax Garvin is primarily a criminal defense firm focusing on Travis and contiguous counties in central Texas. Mr. Garvin first worked as a Travis County Prosecutor and later as a Texas law enforcement officer before opening his criminal defense practice.  Mr. Garvin has prosecuted multiple cases before Texas juries.  He has specifically defended cases involving Driving While Intoxicated, Intoxication Manslaughter, Intoxication Assault, Burglary, Robbery, Child Neglect/Endangerment, Theft, and other charges.
